Thai Cuisine

Thai Cuisine : So, this place was cool.

It's unnoticeable, in a shopping center on Parmer. It was packed around lunchtime, with tables close together, and loud. The appetizer bar was swarming with customers, and vegan options are little baby summer rolls and salad. Peanut sauce = super tasty.

Lunch flew out of the kitchen, like five minutes after the order was put in. I ordered the Spicy Green Curry (curry paste, coconut milk, bamboo shoots, eggplant, bell peppers, green bean, and basil) with tofu. A nice bowl of stewy-soupy-tofuy-curry deliciousness. It was hot (like temperature hot), and spicy (but not crying-spicy), and fragrant, and flavorful. It was excellent, and served with white rice. Seriously, go here just for the Green Curry - but it's only served twice a week.

I want to fill my bathtub with it and just sit.

The waitress refilled the water glasses like thirty times, even though it was slammed for lunch.

Happy Meal ordered Pad Thai with pork. He said it was great. He really liked the appetizer bar (more options than me), except for one deep fried summer/spring roll. It was just weird. But he tried everything on the appetizer bar. And there are A LOT of non-vegan choices.

In the end: Green Curry.
That's all that matters.
